This is another of my Slot Canyon Series photographs taken in the Upper Slot Canyon in Antelope Canyon near Page, AZ. The slot canyon walls are made of sandstone and have formed after thousands of years of water and wind erosion. In this image you see a hole high up the wall on the left. It is the lower end of an opening at the upper surface so that rain water flows down through this hole and runs down the wall of the canyon.
