I set the camera up on a tripod (until the security guard asked me to take it down) and shot a series of 5 exposures. My original plan was to just create an HDR image and select one of the images to include the people as a single frame without movement, but have the upper half of the image blended into an HDR style. But when I blended the exposures using Photomatix, I liked the effect of the multiple exposures of the people. Then I added a little motion blur filter to the people in Photoshop to get a bit more sense of movement. Came out kind of cool. It’s fun to eperiment.

I’m liking the Santa Cruz Boardwalk series . . . captures all the weird tackiness and fun. Feels like summer!
