A Friendly Female Giraffe - Masai Mara, Kenya

Another African animal seemingly as interested in us as we were in her. You can’t help but notice the long eyelashes on this female giraffe.
The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF70-200mm f/4L IS lens + 1.4x tele-extender, 1/500 sec at f/6.3, ISO 200 on SanDisk Extreme IV Digital Film.
