Roadside Marketplace

As we were driving out of Rabat, on our way to Fes, our trip leader, Aziz, wanted to stop at a roadside market to buy some casaba melons for us. There were lots of fresh fruits and vegetables being sold. Note, three images below and you can click on them to enlarge them. 1. I love looking at the covering of the market roof. It is really a make shift market. We loved the Casaba mellon. So sweet. Thanks for sharing your pictures.

  2. Oh Marty,

Your pictures are so gorgeous. I feel like I am still standing in the market. As for the melons, I can taste their sweetness. Miss you and Cathleen.
