NAPP offers a membership for $99/year. For this, you get so many benefits that you’ll find the membership becomes essentially free! You get a year’s subscription to Photoshop User Magazine, filled with great tutorials on Photoshop and Lightroom. You also get access to the members’ only website which provides tutorials, training and huge member discounts on equipment, software, and services. I know that, with the discounts they offer, I save more than the $99/year membership! has an unbelievably extensive list of online video tutorials on categories that include photography software and web development, but goes way beyond that to many, many categories of software. There are approximately 244 different software titles with multiple different video courses per title. has helped me learn how to be more creative with my software, on many occasions. When I’ve been stuck trying to figure out how to do something, has keep from pulling out what little hair I have left on my head by providing the answers and instruction I needed. I’ve had some direct interactions with Lynda who has been willing to listen to suggestions and has been most gracious in her cooperation when I had a problem.

Both provide tutorials covering Macs and Windows computers. I subscribe to and am a member of both organizations. The time and money they save me are worth their membership costs. I highly recommend both.
