Makizushi is sushi made as rolls and then sliced. These photos show vegetable Makizushi. They are made with Kanpyo, a gourd (the brown), takuan, pickled daikon (yellow), spinach (green), shiitake mushroom (light brown), cucumber (light green) and carrot (orange). The photos were taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF17-40mm f/4L lens, 1/60 sec at f/4, ISO 200 with a softened flash bounced off the ceiling.
