Please help me decide which version to choose.

I’ve processed the images in both color and black & white. You’ll see them better if you click on the color image first, then click on the small double arrows below the enlarged image to see the Black & White version. Then click on the comment bubble and leave your choice in the comment. I’ll post which got the most votes tomorrow. Thanks…

It’s interesting how the birds stayed out of the water until the end of the storm. The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF17-40mm f/4L lens, 1/400 sec at f/10, ISO 320 on SanDisk Extreme IV Digital Film.

The ocean was turbulent and rough as a very large storm passed through the west coast and hit the central coast with high winds, high waves and rough seas. Residents were advised to stay inside, so I wasn’t able to take photographs during the peak of the storm, but, once it was safe I went out to shoot.

The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF70-200mm f/4L IS lens, 1/400 sec at f/13, ISO 320 on SanDisk Extreme IV Digital Film, post-processed as an HDR photo.
