A Young Cheetah in the Masai Mara, Kenya

You can identify young or adolescent Cheetah by the tuft of fur that stands up behind the neck and above the shoulders. The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF70-200mm f/4L IS lens + 1.4x tele-extender, 1/400 sec at f/8, ISO 200 on SanDisk Extreme IV Digital Film.
