A Windhook Wattle

A Windhook Wattle

This is a section of a coiled straw wattle that I shot at Windhook. Windhook is the vision of my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Peggy and Michael. Their website describes it this way:  “Windhook is a dynamic gathering of artists, writers, musicians, visionaries, vintners, and artisans. It is a place in which creative people can sharpen their craft and share their vision.

Windhook is dedicated to awakening and nourishing the creative impulse.” (Click on photo to enlarge. Click on the comment number bubble to leave a comment.)

Photo taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF17-40mm f/4L lens, 1/90 sec at f/19, ISO 100 on SanDisk Extreme IV Digital Film. Photo processed with Nik Silver Efex Pro 2.
