This year’s Japanese Family New Years celebration in Los Angeles featured a new, and very artistic, approach to the sushi design and preparation. While we still prepared Maki Zushi and the many other wonderful Japanese dishes, our amazingly artistic family sushi chefs created square sushi and each piece was individually designed and prepared. The family loved it, they were beautiful and yes, tasted delicious. Thank you to all the family and friends who made this another successful New Years celebration!
