The Schwartz House Carmel is located in Carmel, California with views of Point Lobos. It was designed by architect Jerrold Lomax, FAIA and the interior design by George Kaneko. Sadly Jerry passed away soon after they broke ground and George died in 2020. They had a history of working together and the Schwartz house turned out to be their final project. The main house is 3,836 sf with an additional 450 sf for the ADU (an office above the garage) for a total of 4,286 sf. The house has 3 BR + Den, 3.5 bath, detached office/ADU with bath. There are beautiful views of Carmel Bay and Pt. Lobos. The owners moved into the house in November, 2019. I was honored to be asked to photograph it.
