This is a photo taken at 478 Green St. near Grant outside the Bocce Cafe. We were walking around and I wanted to take random shots of the streets and buildings. This is one of them. I added a texture to the image to give it a different overall appearance. You’ll see more in it if you click on it to enlarge the image.

The photo was taken with a Canon EOS 40D, EF17-40mm f/4L lens, 1/90 sec at f/9.5, ISO 200 on SanDisk Extreme IV CF Memory Card.

  1. Are any of your other images mixed? I think texture on part of the image and not on other parts also might be interesting.

  2. Not sure I like the texture. At first look, don’t realize that it’s been added. But looking again, the receding wall with the texture not receding, is distracting for me (like a photo on canvas) from the overall nice photo. Did you guys eat at Bocce?
